摘要
目的观察淫羊藿提取物对犬急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法取杂种犬24只,随机分为4组(每组6只),分别为生理盐水对照组,阳性对照药物(地奥心血康胶囊)组,52.0 mg/kg淫羊藿提取物组和104.0 mg/kg淫羊藿提取物组;采用结扎麻醉,犬开胸后结扎左冠状动脉前降支制备实验性急性心肌缺血模型,观察淫羊藿提取物对心外膜电图、心肌梗死面积和血清酶的影响。结果淫羊藿提取物减少缺血程度,降低缺血范围,缩小缺血心肌的梗死面积,降低血清中磷酸肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶的活性,降低血清中游离脂肪酸、过氧化脂质含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物活性。结论淫羊藿提取物对实验性心肌缺血犬心肌产生保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. extract on myoeardium against acute ischemia in dogs. Methods Twenty-four domestic dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups (6 in each group), control group, positive control group (Diaoxinxuekang capsule), Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. extract at doses of 52.0 amd 104.0 mg/kg. By ligating the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery, the acute myocardial infarction model was made in anesthetic dogs. The effects of Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. extract on epieardium electrocardiogram, myocardial infarction area and serum myocardial enzyme were observed. Results Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. extract could reduce the isehemia degree, the isehemia area and the myocardial infarction area of isehemie myocardium. Moreover, it could decrease the levels of the serum free fatty acids, lipid peroxide and the activities of myocardial enzymes, such as ereatine phosphokinase, lactate dehydrogenase and AST. It could also upregulate the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione superoxide. Conclusion Epimedium grandiflorum Morr. extract can protect the isehemie myoeardium in dogs.
