系统思维有4个基本原则:整体性原则、关键性原则、目的性原则与动态性原则。整体性原则要求在设计医院考核指标时应进行前、后、左、右、上、下各个角度、各个侧面、各个层次的全方位式的立体考察;关键性原则要求指标设计时在把握整体性原则的基础上应抓关键指标;目的性原则认为判断指标是关键与否的标准,是看指标与医院“目的”的关系;动态性原则说明指标的整体性、关键性与目的性都要因时而变、因事而变。

Summary The system thinking contains four basic principles of overall, key, purpose and variety. The principle of overall request to be in designing the hospital to investigate the index design should before carry on, after, left, rightly, under stereoscopic investigation of the all-directions type of the each angle. The key principle requests the hour of the index sign de- sign to should grasp the key index sign. The purpose principle thinks to judge whether index design is a key or not of standard is a relation that sees index design and the purpose. The variety principle explains change because of hour and business.
