翼状胬肉术中使用丝裂霉素降低复发率 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察翼状胬肉术中同一浓度的丝裂霉素(MMC)棉片留置不同时间对复发率的影响。方法采用前瞻性双盲随机对照研究,将240例患者分成2组。采用0.02%MMC,对照组术中(翼状胬肉去除后,球结膜缝合前)放置3 m in,试验组术中放置5 m in。随访1年,观察复发率及并发症。结果对照组和试验组的复发率分别为16.95%和15.83%,两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。翼状胬肉术后复发率与年龄有关,年龄每增大5岁,其复发的危险性降低18.1%。结论术中应用MMC可降低翼状胬肉的复发率;0.02%MMC棉片术中留置3 m in与5 m in,术后复发率无明显差异。 Objective To study the effect of mitomycin C(MMC) of the same concentration on the recurrence of pterygium with different time. Methods In the prospective study, randomized and double-blinded design was employed. Two hundred and forty patients were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. During the operation, 0.02% MMC was detained for 5 min in the experimental group and 3 min in the control group. Followup was performed for one year, and the recurrence rate and complications were observed. Results The recurrence rates of pterygium in the control group and experimental group were 16.95% and 15.83% , respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 〉0.05). The recurrence of pterygium was related to the age. If the age increased five years, the risk of recurrence decreased 18. 1%. Conclusion The application of MMC during the operation could decrease the recurrence rate of pterygium. The recurrence rate of pterygium was not related to the time of application of 0. 02% MMC, and detainment for 3 min was enough during the operation.
