摘要
目的探讨眼内金属异物误诊及漏诊的原因。方法对18例(18眼)眼内金属异物误诊及漏诊的原因进行回顾性总结分析。并通过适当的手术方法摘出眼内金属异物。结果18例中漏诊1例,误诊为葡萄膜炎12例、玻璃体浑浊4例、白内障1例。根据异物定位情况分别采用外路或内路手术,18例异物全部摘出。结论细小的眼内金属异物在临床上易误诊及漏诊。应全面分析病情,借助X线、B超、超声生物显微镜等辅助手段以降低误诊及漏诊率。
Objective To explore the cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of intraoeular metal foreign body. Methods The cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of 18 cases with intraocular metal foreign body was analyzed retrospectively, and the foreign body was removed through proper operation. Results Totally 18 cases were included, 1 case was missed diagnosed and 12 cases were misdiagnosed as uveitis,4 cases as vitreous opacity and 1 case as cataract.The 18 cases were successfully operated through extra- or intra-operation according the localization of foreign body, Conclusions Small intraocular metal foreign bodis are easily misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed. Some assistant techniques including X ray and UBM, can obviously reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,
