摘要
目的:探讨高压氧结合早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能和认知功能的影响。方法:80例脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各40例,2组均接受神经内科常规治疗及高压氧治疗,康复组加用现代康复的易化技术(如Bobath技术、PNF技术、运动再学习等)。2组均于治疗前、治疗后30 d评定肢体运动功能(Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表,FMA)和认知功能(简易精神状态量表,MMSE)。结果:治疗后2组肢体运动功能和认知功能评分均有所改善,但康复组改善程度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧结合早期康复训练能明显改善脑卒中患者肢体运动功能和认知功能。
objective: Effect of early hyperbarical therapy combined with rehabilitation on the restoration of Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment (FMA) and cognitive function in stroke patients has been analyzed. Methods: Eighty patients with cerebral strokes were randomly divided into the rehabilitation therapy and control groups. All the patients received the hyperbarical therapy and drug treatment, and the patients in rehabilitation group have been functionally trained. FMA and MMSE were used to evaluate all the patients before and 30 days after the therapy. Results: The scores of FMA and MMSE in patients in the rehabilitation group were statistically higher than those in the controls (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Hyperbarical therapy combined with rehabilitation can significantly enhance the recovery of patients with strokes.
