实验性鼠脑梗塞皮质匀浆钙、镁含量的变化

Experiment detrmine content change of Ca and Mg in well-distributed plasma of the rat's cerebral infarctionbrain tissue

本实验用大鼠大脑中动脉（ＭＣＡ）阻塞模型测定了局部缺血脑组织匀浆钙、镁含量的变化，结果发现。在缺血组织匀浆钙离子含量明显增加，镁离子含量降低，钙／镁比值上升。推测在ＭＣＡ梗塞后缺血区脑组织有钙离子的积聚和镁离子的丢失，镁离子含量的变化可能对脑缺血的发生和预后有密切的关系。

Abstract The experimet adopted obsructed model of rat's MCA to determine content change of calcium (ca) and magnesium (Mg) in well-distributed plasma of the ischemia brain tissue. The result shows: calcium content in well-distributed plasma of the ischemic tissue obviously increases but magnesium content decreases, Ca/Mg is increased. We deduce that calcium accumulation ang Magnesium less are existed in ischemic brain tissue after MCA infarction ang change of Magnesium content is closely related to oceurrence and prognosis of brain ischemia.
