脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗汗管瘤的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价脉冲二氧化碳激光对汗管瘤的治疗效果。方法采用脉冲二氧化碳激光对30例汗管瘤患者进行治疗(脉冲组),回顾性地选取连续二氧化碳激光治疗的28例汗管瘤患者(连续组)作对照研究,比较其疗效和并发症,并做统计学分析。结果脉冲组1次治疗后显效率86.7%,连续组1次治疗后显效率78.6%,两者有效率均为100%,差异没有统计学意义。治疗后色素沉着和萎缩性瘢痕的发生率脉冲组低于连续组,差异有统计学意义。与传统的连续二氧化碳激光相比,脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗汗管瘤更安全有效,副作用发生率更低。结论脉冲二氧化碳激光是治疗汗管瘤的一种安全有效的方法。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of pulsed CO2 laser irradiation in the treatment of syringoma. Methods A retrospective comparison was performed between 28 syringoma patients treated with a pulsed CO2 laser and 30 patients treated with a continuous CO2 laser. The therapeutic effects and treatment complications were compared statistically. Results The treatments were rated effective for all patients in both groups. The outcome was rated " excellent" for 86.7% of the pulse-treated group and 78.6% for those treated with continuous lasing. There was no significant difference between the two groups. There was a significant difference in the rate of pigmentation and atrophic scarring. The pulsed group showed lower levels of both effects than the continuous group. Conclusion The pulsed CO2 laser is a better tool for treating syringoma in terms of safety, efficiency and side effects.
