摘要患者女,65岁。因左小腿伸侧胫骨中1/3部外用(贴)伤湿止痛膏致皮肤红、肿、奇痒。皮肤科情况:左小腿伸侧胫骨中1/3部可见边界清晰,高出正常皮肤的皮疹,且有多个毛孔呈蜂窝样感染,且有脓性分泌物渗出,奇痒。经脱敏抗感染等治疗及积极的科学护理1个月后,过敏和皮损痊愈。
