过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘临床表现的相关性

The correlation of clinical characteristics between allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma

目的：了解过敏性鼻炎（AR）伴支气管哮喘（BA）患者的临床特征，分析AR与BA在临床表现方面的相关性。方法：问卷调查82例确诊为AR伴BA的患者，详细了解其临床表现，建立相应的个人数据库档案，对数据进行统计学分析。结果：82例患者，年龄5～72岁，平均年龄为（34±27．1）岁，其中男45例，女37例。AR和BA的发病年龄及病程间的差异无显著性统计学意义（P〉0．1）。其中，哮喘严重程度一级（轻度间歇）56例，二级（轻度持续）21例，三级（中度持续）4例，四级（重度持续）1例。AR分型，间歇性65例，持续性17例；按严重程度分级，轻度63例，中-重度19例。结论：AR与BA的临床表现相关，两者的分型及严重程度具有高度一致性。

Objective：To study the clinical characteristics of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma patients, and to analyze the correlation of clinical characteristic between allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. Methods：The questionnaire survey of 82 allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma patients area was carried out. Their clinical situations were investigated in detail, and the database was set up for statistics. Results ：The age of all 82 patients was from 5 to 72 years old, averaged at （34 ± 27.1 ）, 45 patients were male and 37 were female. The episode ages and their courses of diseases of both groups had no significant differences （P 〉 0.1 ）. Of the severity of bronchial asthma, 56 patients were degree first, 21 degree second, 4 degree third, and 1 degree fourth. Of the classification of allergic rhinitis, 65 patients were intermittent and 17 persistent. Of the severity of allergic rhinitis, 63 patients were mild and 19 moderate-severe. Conclusion：There are correlation between clinical characteristics of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma. Their classification and severity are highly coherent.
