摘要
为观察高原对大鼠血浆与组织6一Keto一PGF_(1α)和TXB_2含量的影响及丹参的保护作用。采用3H一TXB_2及3H-6一Keto一PGF_(1α)药盒及方法。结果:平原大鼠进入海拔4475m高原后,其心、肝、脾脏组织及血浆中血栓素B_2(TXB_2)含量显著升高(P<0.05);心脏和血浆中6一酮一前列腺素F_(1α)(6一Keto一PGF_(1α))含量则显著降低(P<0.01);各项T/K比值均显著增大(P<0.01),丹参合剂能有效地预防高原低氧环境对大鼠的上述影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。提示该药用于防治而原疾病值得深入研究。
o observe the effects of plateaus on content of TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) in plasina and tissuesof rats and protective effects of“Danshen”(DS) ,by means of the medicaments and methd of 3H-TXB_2 and 3H一Keto一PGF_(1α), After the rots were transferred to a plateaus area with an elevation of 4475m from a plain area,the content of TXB_2 in heart,liver,spleen and plasma got obviously increased(P<0.05),but the content of 6一Keto一PGF_(1α) in heart and plasma obviously decreased(P<0. 01).A highly xignificant in crease in the ratio of T/K(P<0. 01) has always been observed in all the cases,the mixtura of “Danshen”(DS)can efficiently protect the rats from the plateaus reaction describedabove(P<0. 05 or P<0.01);It will be worth studing if the medicinal herbs may be a goed candi-date for prevention of the mountain sickness.
