黄芪生脉多糖两种给药途径对小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察黄芪生脉多糖两种给药途径对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法取正常ICR小鼠、免疫功能低下ICR小鼠(皮下注射环磷酰胺造模),采用腹腔注射和灌胃两种给药途径,进行小鼠免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清速率、血清溶血素抗体生成水平、抗体形成细胞测定试验。结果黄芪生脉多糖(0.41 g/kg)腹腔注射,能明显升高正常小鼠和环磷酰胺致免疫功能低下小鼠的单核巨噬细胞的吞噬能力、血清溶血素HC_(50)、抗体形成细胞数、脾脏指数(P<0.05~0.01);而黄芪生脉多糖(0.82 g/kg)灌胃给药对血清溶血素水平、抗体形成细胞数、巨噬细胞的吞噬指数均无明显影响。结论黄芪生脉多糖采用腹腔注射的给药方式能增强小鼠的免疫功能,而灌胃给药对免疫功能基本无影响。 Objective To observe the effect of Huangqi Shengmai(HQSM) polysaccharides in two administration routines on mice immune function. Methods After administration by intraperitoneal injection or by gavage, normal mice and immunosuppressed mice (induced by subcutaneous injection of cyclophosphamide) were subject to immune organ weight test, carbon expurgation speed test, blood serum haemolysin antibody level test and antibody - created cell test. Results HQSM Polysaccharides (0.41 g/kg) by intraperitoneal injection can obviously increase the phagocytosis function of mononuclear macrophagocyte , the level of serum haemolysin HC50, the number of antibody - created cell, and spleen index ( P 〈 0.05 -0.01) in normal mice and immunosuppressed mice . However, HQSM Polysaccharides (0. 82 g/kg) by gavage had no distinctive influences. Conclusion Intraperitoneal injection of HQSM Polysaccharides can improve the immunologic function in mice while gavage of HQSM has no influences on immune function.
