BSO晶体(■■0)切面的二波耦合增益

摘要 考虑了压电和弹光效应对光波耦合的影响,在BSO晶体的(1 1 0)切面上,处理了矢量二波耦合问题,分别计算了入射光偏振态平行和垂直于入射面情况下的信号光的增益系数,得到了增益系数随光栅取向变化的函数关系. Considering the effect of the electro-optical , piezoelectric and elastooptic effect in the study of wave mixing,the problems of vector wave mixing are solved in BSO crystal of (110)-cut and the gain of signal optical of the parallel polarization and of the perpendicularity polarization are computed. We got the gain coefficient and the function relation with the change of the grating direction.
