摘要
在以品牌为依托的连锁店企业经营方略中,客户服务占了很大的比重.客户关系管理CRM系统的应用具有很大的市场前景.而目前CRM系统很多是基于C/S模式的,并不符合电子商务的发展需要,因此使用当前流行的ASP开发工具开发基于B/S模式的连锁店CRM软件有较高的实用价值,本文将介绍以连锁店为使用对象的CRM系统的设计.
The customer service has great proportion in the management of chain stores. Customer Relationship Management system has good prospects in the market. Currently many CRM systems are based on C/S model, which do not conform to the requirement of e-commerce development. So the CRM software based on B/S model with popular ASP has high practical value. The paper briefly introduces the design of CRM system which chain stores is regarded as object.
