烧伤患者TNFα-、NO和ET水平的变化及相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨烧伤后患者血中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平的变化。方法42例烧伤患者分为感染组和非感染组,应用ELISA、放射免疫法和酶法,分别于伤后1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d和35 d测定血中TNF-α、NO和ET水平,并计算ET/NO比值。结果烧伤后患者血中TNF-α、NO和ET水平及ET/NO比值均显著高于正常组,并在第3天达到峰值,随后下降;TNF-α含量与NO、ET含量及ET/NO比值成正相关;各时相点组感染组TNFα-、ET和NO水平及ET/NO比值较非感染组显著增加。结论烧伤及伤后感染可促进前炎症因子TNF-α的产生,进而促进ET-1和NO的合成和释放,加重伤后炎症反应。
