摘要
介绍了在常减压装置上应用先进控制技术(APC)的策略及效果分析,建立了RMPCT多变量控制器的运行环境及软硬件配置,重点论述了多变量预测控制器的控制思想和控制算法.通过APC技术的开发应用,结合实际建立常减压装置初馏与常压部分和减压部分RMPCT多变量控制器,取得了良好的应用效果.
The paper discussed main design ideas of realization of advanced control in the crude distillation units (CDU), and established running circumstance and scheme of hardware and software, then discussed the control thought and arithmetic of multi-variable predictive controller emphatically. Through the application of APC (Advance Process Control) technology in CDU, we drew up the system model through the model identification, and then established the predictive control and model emendation, which obtained good effect.
