摘要
运用模块化结构设计原则,采用层次分析法按树状递阶层次结构分层设计价值链优化绩效评价指标体系,并利用模糊综合评价模型作为基础模型,构筑、剖析价值链优化绩效综合评价模型.旨在填补价值链优化绩效评价方面的研究缺陷,并为公司的价值链优化决策提供导向.
Through canvassing and analyzing the targets of value-chain optimization, this paper defines the evaluation object and then introduces analytical hierarchy process to lay out comprehensive evaluation index system according to the principle of modular structure design. And this paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to construct the comprehensive evaluation model on value-chain optimization performance. The purpose of this paper is to fill up the imperfection in the theory and practice to make evaluation of value chain optimization performance, and suggestion for the decision of next work after the value-chain optimization.
