蜂胶提取液治疗实验性口腔溃疡的初步探讨

Experimental study of abstracted liquid of proplis treating oral ulcer

目的通过动物试验检测自制30％蜂胶提取液对口腔溃疡的作用,为这种蜂胶提取液在临床上的使用奠定实验基础。方法用30％硝酸银溶液在10只大耳白兔的双侧颊囊内颊粘膜烧灼形成溃疡,每日给每只动物右颊部的溃疡涂以自制蜂胶提取液,而左颊部的溃疡则不给予任何治疗作为空白对照。每日对双侧测试部位进行肉眼观察,用透明胶片画计溃疡大小,计算溃疡面积。一旦溃疡痊愈时即处死动物取受试部位做病理学切片。结果采用30％蜂胶提取液治疗的试验侧溃疡的平均愈合速度为5．02±0．97mm2／d,空白对照侧溃疡的平均愈合速度为3．79±0．65 mm2／d。结论自制30％蜂胶提取液有明显的促进口腔溃疡愈合的作用。

Objective To observe the effect of a certain abstract liquid of proplis on rabbit＇s oral ulcer induced by chemical agent. Methods Oral ulcer on both sides of 10 rabbits was induced by chemical agent and then the effect of a certain abstract liquid of proplis on experimental oral ulcer was observed. Results The size of oral ulcer treated with abstracted liquid of proplis was smaller than that in the controlled group; the average healing time was shorter than that of the controlled group too. Conclusion The result from rabbits＇ oral ulcer treated with abstracted liquid of proplis suggested that it could accelerate the healing of experimental oral ulcer and it would be promising.
