摘要
目的评估三种垫底材料的抑菌活性。方法采用细菌培养琼脂扩散法,将三种垫底材料(3M VitrebondTM玻璃离子垫底材料,CAV-HYCALTM氢氧化钙垫底材料,氧化锌丁香油粘固剂ZOE)置于变形链球菌培养基中,观察各种垫底材料产生的抑菌圈直径的大小,并以此为指标比较三种垫底材料对变形链球菌的抑菌性。结果三种垫底材料对变形链球菌的抑菌作用具有显著性差异,VitrebondTM对变形链球菌具有最强的抑菌性能,其次是CAV-HYCALTM氢氧化钙,ZOE抑菌性能最弱。结论VitrebondTM玻璃离子垫底材料对变形链球菌具有较强的抑制能力,是一种比较理想的垫底材料。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of 3M Vitrebond^TM Glass Ionomer Liner/Base. Methods Three liner materials (3M Vitrebond^TM Glass Ionomer Liner/Base, CAV-HYCAL^TM Calcium Hydroxid Liner, and ZOE) were placed in culture medium of Streptococcus mutans. Agar diffusion testing was performed to observe the inhibition zone of those three materials. In this way, we can compare the antibacterial activity. Results 3M Vitrebond^TM Glass Ionomer Liner/Base showed the best antibacterial activity on Streptococcus mutans. Conclusion 3M Vitrebond^TM Glass Ionomer Liner/Base has high antibacterial activity on Streptococcus mutans. It is an ideal liner.
