摘要
结合工程实际,就目前暖通空调控制中较为先进的PID控制、模糊控制和变频技术进行分析,介绍了自动控制原理、控制方案、控制流程,探讨了在空调系统控制中自动控制技术的应用效果。改造后机组整体控制精度高,能耗大幅降低,满足了表冷器和加热器的冷热负荷。
Combination with the engineering practices, the advanced PID control, fuzzy control and the frequency conversion technique in current HVAC control are analysed. The automatic control principle, control plan and process are introduced. The application effects of automatic control technique on air conditioner control system are discussed. After modification ,the control precision of the whole air conditioner unit is high, the energy consumption is reduced sharply, the cold and heat load of the surface condenser and the heater can be met.
