高效液相色谱法测定益肾十七味丸中乌头碱的含量

Determination of aconitine in Yishen-shiqiwei Pill by HPLC

目的：建立益肾十七味丸中乌头碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定乌头碱的含量，色谱柱为ODS柱；流动相为甲醇-0．1％三乙胺（80：20）；检测波长230nm。结果：乌头碱在0．14～0．841μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，加样平均回收率为98、98％，RSD为1．60％。结论：本法简单，快速，结果准确，可作为该制刑的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish a method for assay of aconitine in Yishen - shiqiwei Pill. Methods： HPLC was carried out on ODS column with methanol - 0.1% trielhylamine（80：20） as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 230nm.. Results：The linear range of aconitine was 0.14 ～ 0.84μg, the average recovery was 98.98 %, RSD was 1.60%. Conclusion： This method is simple, rapid, accurate and available for quality control of the preparation.
