论建筑防水设防思想的转变——从材料为主到适应主体功能为主

Transformation of building waterproofing design ideas——from focusing on materials to functions of main body

分析指出以往的防水设防思想以材料为主,不能适应目前建筑设计个性化、多样化,防水工程功能各异的要求;提出应根据工程设防主体的特点,从设防功能要求出发来制订防水设防方案,选用适应主体部位环境要求,符合防水层功能要求、施工工艺条件及施工工程环境条件要求的防水材料。

This article points out that former waterproofing design is focused on materials, which could not adapt to the demands of individuation and diversification of building design or differences in functions of waterproofing projects. It indicates that constitution of waterproofing design should accord to the characteristic of projects and demands of waterproofing tunction and the material chosen should adapt to the environment of main body of structure, function waterproofing layer, technique applied and construction conditions etc.
