摘要
本文用止血散对５０例上消化道出血患者进行治疗观察，并设５０例云南白药组做对照。结果表明：止血散组总有效率（９６％）优于对照组（８０％）。止血散对轻、中、重程度的上消化道出血的止血速度疗效均明显高于对照组。经统计学处理有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜０． ０１）。观察结果表明止血散止血速度快，使用方便，便于推广。
patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage were treated by Zhixue powder (therapeutic group), and 50 others were given by Yunnei White medicine. The results showed that the effective rate was 96 per sent in the former group, and 80 per sent in the latter group. The Zhixue powder in treating peptic hemorrhge was markedly higher than control group. The stastics was obviously different (P<0.01) ,so that it was regarded as the stopping-hemorrhage quickly, ecnomically and availablely, and it is well worth spreading.
