芦笋气调保鲜的回归模型

Regression Models of Modified Atmosphere Packaging of Asparagus

摘要 利用多元非线性回归方法,在初始气体O2和CO2浓度对芦笋MAP保鲜的Vc、纤维素和叶绿素含量影响的实验数据基础上,建立了Vc、纤维素和叶绿素含量回归预测模型。模型的F显著性检验、实验数据与模型计算值对比表明模型的可信度较高,预测值与实验值绝对误差在5%左右。Vc、纤维素和叶绿素含量的相关系数平方和分别为0.962、0.899、0.835。 The predicative mathematical models of vitamin c, crude cellulose and chlorophyll contents in MAP (Modified atmosphere packaging) of asparagus are investigated by nonlinear muhianalysis methods on the basis of experiments data about the initial concentrations of 02 and C02 on quality of asparagus. The F-test and comparisons results between experiments data and predicated data demonstrate that the three mathematical models have high reliability and the absolute errors only are about 5%. The R square of the three predicative models of vitamin c, crude cellulose and chlorophyll are 0.962, 0.899 and 0.835, respectively.
