关于促进我国大型科研仪器设备共享的思考

Study on promoting to share scientific precision instruments in China

仪器设备共享不仅可以提高资源使用效益和效率，而且可以增进学术交流和学科交叉，促进大型仪器设备使用专业化和社会化分工，推进科学方法与技术的创新。仪器设备共享需要一定的条件，当前仪器设备共享还存在一些关键问题未得到有效解决，主要是共享资源总量不足、共享机制不健全、共享氛围不浓厚等。要实现大型仪器设备的共享，需要针对当前的问题，采取得力措施，如依托重要科研基地建立各级共享服务中心或平台，支持建立大型仪器设备综合服务中心，促进商业化、市场化服务等等。

To share instruments, it will not only increase efficiency and benefit of resource utilization and promote academic exchange and subject crossing, but also will accelerate the specialization and socialization of instrument use and boost the innovation of scientific methods and techniques. Actually, it needs certain conditions to share instruments. However, in the current situation, there still exist some key problems unsolved effectively, such as the scarcity of resources quantum, the unsound of sharing mechanism and the indifferent to the sharing. Therefore, in order to solve the problems, some efficient measures should be taken to realize the sharing of instruments, such as building sharing service centers or platforms in all levels depending on some key scientific research bases, and promoting the service commercialization through building integrated service centers of precision instruments.
