摘要
介绍了A位、B位及A、B位共同替代对BaO-Ln2O3-TiO2体系微波介质陶瓷性能的影响。指出A位替代和A、B位共同替代能有效改善陶瓷的性能,单纯B位替代不利于陶瓷性能的改善。A、B位替代影响陶瓷的性能与大的溶限因子和电负性差异有关,但其机理和替代前后的固溶体结构还有待进一步研究。
The effect of A and B site substitution and cosubstitution on microwave dielectric properties of BaO-Ln2O3-TiO2 ceramics was reviewed. A site substitution and A, B site cosubstitution can improve the properties of the ceramics, but only B site substitution can not. The theory of improving properties from substitution and the structure of solid solution before and after substitution should be studied further, although large tolerance factor and electronegativity difference have important effects on the improving properties.
