摘要
介绍了电镀锡的镀液配方和工艺条件,分析了酸性镀锡液的性能,并对锡镀层的晶花化热处理工艺进行了研究,阐述了产生晶花的机理。结果表明,酸性镀锡工艺在表面装饰应用中更为经济实用;同时发现锡镀层在250~350℃下进行热处理,会产生美丽的锡晶花,扩大了锡镀层在表面装饰中的应用。
The formula of tin plating bath and technological conditions are presented. The performance of acid Sn bath is analyzed. The technology of Sn crystal flower is researched and the mechanism of crystal flower producing explained. The experimental results show that acid Sn plating is more economical and practical in surface finishing. It is also found that Sn coating can bring about a beautiful crystal flower layer through heat treating at 250~350℃, which can extend the applications of Sn coating in surface finishing.
