摘要
筛选出了化学镀镍液合适的配位剂、稳定剂、缓冲剂和表面活性剂。探讨了添加剂稀土元素Ce(Ⅳ)对化学镀镍过程的影响。结果表明,稀土元素对镀层的性能和耐蚀性都有明显的提高。
Suitable complexing agents, stabilizer, buffer and surfactant for the electroless nickel plating bath are selected. The effects of rare earth Cc(Ⅳ) on electroless nickel plating are investiagated. The results show that the coating is obviously improved in performance and corrosion resistance when the rare earth Ce(Ⅳ) is added.
