摘要
随着数字技术和网络技术在图书馆业的广泛运用,版权问题日益突现出来,它不但关系到权利人的合法权益,也关系到信息与文化的传播。本文就网络环境中数字图书馆涉及的版权问题进行了探讨及建议。
With the widel application of digital and network tectmology in the library industry, copyright problem is increasingly notable. It associates not only with obligee＇s legitimate rights and interests, but also with the transmission of information and culture. Tiffs thesis has carried on the discussion and the suggestion in terms of copyright problem in digital library in network enviroment.
