和谐社会建设中公共图书馆的角色定位与职能塑造

共和国50多年的社会文化实践,积累了丰富的成果和经验。这些成果和经验,都离不开参与者对自身的准确认知和角色定位。时代虽然在发展,要求虽然在变化,但这些成果和经验,以及它们背后的观念,却是历久弥新的。与时俱进,并不是对过去的全盘否定,而是扬弃,是在螺旋型的上升中完成新的涅。在和谐社会建设中,公共图书馆以及它的管理者需要首先明确的就是这样一种角色定位,进而塑造出新的职能形象。

Through the practices of more than 50 years, Clfina has accumulated abundant experiences on social culture and has reached great achievement.These achievements and experiences should mainly attribute to the participant＇s accttrate self-cognltion and role-orientation. With the development of the era, it keeps on enhancing the request. However, these achievements and experiences with the idea that support them, still has great significance. Grow with each passing hour, does not totally repudiate the past, but develop what is nseful and discard what is not, attain the new goal in spiral rising, in harmonious social construction, public library and its administrator need to have such a clear role in order to build a new function image.
