重点讨论了参考咨询不同阶段的工作内容以及对参考咨询馆员的能力需求分析,提出了测评参考咨询馆员胜任能力的结构模型,并通过问卷调查对胜任能力特征模型进行论证和评价。
This paper discusses the content of each stage of the reference service and requirement on reference consulting librarians. It then puts forward framework of librarians＇ ability evaluation model and the evaluation of this model.
