摘要 本文应用有机胺的离子缔合萃取作用回收了2-氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸生产废液中98%以上的有用成分,结果可从吨产品生产废液中获取5723元的净效益,实现了治理污染和资源回收的双重目的。从萃取体系的特性及其影响因素入手,深入研究了萃取剂浓度、待萃物含量及萃取效率的关系,建立了萃取体系的等温方程:1/X/M=7.19+312.91/C,r=0. This paper investigates the use of a solvent extraction method for recovery of intermediate products from 2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulphonic acid waste liquor. Over 98% useful components in waste liquor were recoveried by using of ion-association extraction of organic amine. Net benefit for each ton of waste liquor is 5723 RMB yuan. As a result,the twofold purpose could be realized both on recoverying resource and pollution control.Based on investigating the properties of extraction system and factors of affecting extraction efficiency,the relationships among the concentration of extractant ,the content of useful components in waste liquor and the extraction ratio have been determined by using isotherm equation which is as follows:1/X/M=7.19+312.9 1/C,r=0.9997
