This paper firstly introduces the basic functions of the CDT On-line Quality Traceability System and the selection of Bar code Scanner.Then the characteristic,application mode,and design of SICK420/SICK431 in this system are described in detail.In the end,the application steps of bar code scanner are stated and the method to improve the reliability of Bar code gather in system realization is stressed.
