摘要
具有纳米结构的介孔磁性载体在分离、生物医药、重金属离子的回收等方面具有广泛的应用前景.本文以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,合成了以四氧化三铁磁性粒子为核外包有介孔二氧化硅膜(简称硅膜)的核壳式介孔磁性纳米复合物,并以3-氨基-丙基-三乙氧基硅烷(3-APTES)为表面功能化基团、连接到磁性Fe3O4粒子表面.通过傅立叶红外光谱、透射电镜、热重分析、比表面积等测试手段对磁性载体进行了表征.应用结果表明这种表面包硅功能化的介孔磁性载体对铜离子具有良好的吸附作用.
Nanostructured mesoporous magnetic carrier has extensive application in the separation, biological medical ,precious metal recovery, in this paper cetyl-trimethyl ammonium bromide was used as a template to fabricate core - shell mesoporous magnetic nanocomposires with a core of magnetite and a silica shell, and the 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane was used as a surface functionalized group which was linked on the surface of m -Fe3O4 particles. The synthesized samples were characterized by FrIR, Transmission Electron Microscopy( TEM), TG , surface area test etc. Application shows that surface functionalized mesoporous magnetic carrier can effectively adsorb Cu^2+ in the solution.
