摘要 据美国BioSante制药公司报告:一项新的研究表明,该公司的磷酸钙纳米颗粒疫苗佐剂——BioVant(Ⅰ)可能有助于提高抗H5N1禽流感疫苗的效果。 BioSante公司称,他们进行了为期10周的临床前研究,旨在确定(Ⅰ)是否能提高机体对H5N1禽流感病毒抗原的免疫应答。研究发现,给予(Ⅰ)/H5N1疫苗可以刺激机体产生高滴度的H5N1特异性抗体,显著高于单用H5N1疫苗时所诱导的扰体;
