珠江三角洲城市环境与社会经济协调发展的分异类型及调控

STUDY ON CLASSIFICATION OF COORDINATED CONDITION OF URBAN ENVIRONMENT AND SOCIETY ECONOMY IN THE PEARL RIVER DELTA

可持续发展的城市生态环境应当是环境和社会经济效益的高度统一， 然而由于自然资源和社会、经济等因素的差异， 一定区域内城市的发展必然会呈现出不均衡性，表现为不同城市的环境与社会、经济协调发展的分异。区域分异现象的分析是区域环境研究的重要内容、而城市就是一个人工化的生态系统，所以清楚地认识城市的分异并对其发展方向作出描述，对评价城市生态环境的质量及其演变态势，并进一步制定相应的调控措施，都是非常必要的。本文对珠江三角洲的九个城市（广州、深圳、珠海、惠州、东莞、中山、江门、佛山、肇庆）进行了多元统计分析，得出了珠江三角洲城市环境与社会、经济协调发展状况的四种分异类型，并提出了促进城市环境和社会经济协调发展的相应对策。

Good development of city should be coordinated and united of three kinds of benefits including environment society and economy. Because of the difference of many factors including natural source and condition of society and economy and soon on, the development of different city must appear the character of unbanlance. The coordination degree of environment society and economy is different in so far as different cities.This article classifies nine cities of the pearl river delta according to the degree of environment economy and society by the analysis of principal components and system cluster.The nine cities are classified into four classes. At last the corresponding developed measures are put forward in order to promote the development of the whole pearl river delta.
