薄膜太阳能电池的发展动态 被引量:12

摘要 对目前国内外研究得最热的几种薄膜电池:非晶硅(a-Si)、多晶硅(poly-Si)、铜铟硒(CuInSe:CIS)、碲化镉(CdTe)薄膜电池的技术发展概况及商业化生产情况作了介绍,展望了薄膜太阳能电池的发展前景。
