摘要
针对平均风速在大气长期平均污染浓度估算中的不适用性,提出了平均污染风速的概念。实际应用证明,平均污染风速能正确地使用于估算长期平均浓度和污染系数中。文章具体地对上海地区3个气象站1994年的平均风速和平均污染风速及其采用此两种风速计算的污染系数作了分析,证明用平均污染风速代替平均风速来计算某风向下的大气污染物长期平均浓度与实际情况较一致。最后还寻找出了两者之间的联系和差异。
In this paper, definition of a new and more reasonable conception and average pollution wind speed were presented. It proved that it is suitable for calculating long-term atmospheric pollution concentration and pollution coefficient. Further, the authors analyzed the characteristics of average wind speed and average pollution wind speed in Shanghai by the data of 1994, and the difference and relationship between two kinds of pollution coefficient which were calculated by two kinds of wind speed.
