摘要 采用PFS物化混凝破乳及PAC生物处理技术,对炼油、皂脚混合废水处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,该废水在PH为9~13,COD_(Cr)为1万~10万mg/L时,采用PFS混凝破乳,PAC生物处理后,COD_(Cr)和BOD_5总去除率分别为99.6%和99.4%。废水经过处理,含油量、COD_(Cr)、BOD_5、色度、pH等指标均可达标排放。 Study on treating technology of mixing wastewater containing oil and soap residue has been conducted by using PFS coagulation demulsification and PAC biological treatment system. The results showed that when pH value of wastewate was 9-13, and CODCr 10 000-100 000mg/L, the total removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 could up to 99.6% and 99.4% respectively by adopting PFS coagulation demulsification and PAC biochemical method. After treatment, the amount of oil content CODCr, BOD5, color and pH etc.could meet the discharge standards.
