本文以问卷调查的形式,对大学英语师资现状从课堂教学、科研二个方面进行了调查和分析,并就如何改进大学英语教师现状提出了自己的一些想法。

This paper makes a survey and discussion on the present state of college English teachers from classroom teaching, academic research. Based on the analysis, the author then puts forward his own ideas for improving the present situations of college English teachers.
