摘要
家族企业组织结构面临严重的挑战,有许多家族企业的决策体系、管理机制、资金实力、人力资源管理等已不适应当前形势发展。我们在遵循家族企业组织结构设计原则的前提下,应从确定明确的组织边界、实施集权与分权的统一、把握好管理层次与管理幅度的关系、建立现代的企业制度方面完善家族企业组织结构的设计。
The organizational structures of family firms are :facing the serious challenge. Many family firms do not adapt the development of current situation in terms of policy - making system, the management mechanism, the fund strength and the human resource management. We should affirm organizational boundary, unify centralization with divided power, grasp relations between the management level and the management scope and establish modern enterprise system so as to improve the organizational structure design of family firm.
