Control Strategies of Motor Vehicle Emission in Shanghai

上海市机动车正以每年10万辆的速度递增,机动车尾气排放已成为造成上海大气污染的主要环境问题之一。文章介绍了在世界银行资助下,制订防止机动车排污危害的战略,使上海的机动车干净地驶向21世纪而立项开展研究的过程,包括确定的研究指导原则,11项研究内容、5种技术方法、7项主要研究结论和机动车尾气污染控制的首选措施。

The increment ratio of motor vehicle numbers in Shanghai has been risen for 10 thousand annually in recent years. Vehicle emission became one of the major environmental issues in Shanghai. This paper provided the study process of the project, a strategy for reducing the dangerous vehicle emission, financially supported by the World Bank, including study on principles and technical methodologies, 11 research tasks, 7 major results and priority motor vehicle pollution control options have been conducted.
