摘要
用KF/PEG400体系在研钵中研磨催化芳香醛与活泼亚甲基化合物的Knoevenagel反应,以71%~84%的产率合成得到E-烯烃.PEG400起着相转移催化剂作用,反应操作简单,后处理方便.
The Knoevenagel condensation of aromatic aldehydes with ethyl cyanoacetate and malononitrile proceeds smoothly in the presence of the KF/PEG400 system in solid phase by grinding in a motar to afford the desired E - isomers of the corresponding alkenes in good purity and 71 - 84% yields. The PEG400 serves the phase transfered catalyst in this reaction. The operation is simple and the then the treatment of this experiment is conoenient work up is convenient.
