摘要
大学生篮球超级联赛主客场制比赛的施行,使得如何安排主客场制中的小周期训练,解决好大学生篮球运动员的学训矛盾成为一个全新的课题。在这种训练周期中,对训练的控制即掌握各种强度的强度比例及此后的恢复,就是该周期中训练控制的关键。而在训练期间训练控制应根据不同的训练目标而定。
The enforcement of host and guest field system game in the CUBSL make it diglcult to arrange training of the small circle within host and guest field system . Solving the athlete' s study and training become an new topic. During this period the importance should be attached to control the training with different loads as well as recovery after training.
