The Song Dynasty is an important transitional period in our history, in this particular period, the development road of the southeast coastal area of the China has been deviated to the traditional operating orbit of continent empire since the Han Dynasty and the Tang Dynasty, displaying the element of the outward-oriented economy to some extent. The economic reason was the development of Outward-oriented Economy in the southeast coastal area of the Song Dynasty. The development was rooted in the changes of internal and international environment from 8AD to mid of llAD. These changes provided necessary foundation of regional economy and ocean-transportation and oversea market.
