摘要
教育实习是高师教育的重要组成部分．是实现培养目标不可缺少的教育教学环节。该文针对韩山师范学院1997-2001级本科学生教育实习工作进行调查与分析，指出学校教育实习工作存在的几个主要问题．并提出了改进措施和建议。
Teaching practice is an important component in teacher education. This paper carried out an investigation and analysis based on undergraduates＇ （Grades1997-2001） teaching practice results. Then it pointed out a few major existing problems and proposed measures and suggestions for im-provement.
