绵阳生态城市建设探讨

Discussion on Eco-city Construction in Mianyang City

基于对绵阳市生态环境的现状分析,结合城市化进程与绵阳市情,提出了生态城市是绵阳城市发展的必然选择;“天蓝、地绿、水清、人和”是绵阳生态城市建设的目标,并围绕这一目标,探讨了绵阳生态城市建设对策与措施。

Based on the analysis of the present ecological environment in Mianyang City, and taking account into the process of citification as well as its current situation, it is proposed that ecocity is the essential choice of Mianyang development and that the city with ＂ blue sky, green land, pure water and harmonious society＂ is considered as the goal of eco-city construction. According to this goal, some strategies and measures are discussed about eco-city construction in Mianyang.
