A Study of WTO Members＇ Choice Behavior in Dealing with Multilateral Trade Disputes

摘要 本文从如何选择申诉对象、如何选择解决争端的方式以及如何选择解决争端的法庭这三个方面对WTO成员处理多边贸易摩擦的选择行为进行了研究,发现:经济动机和策略动机共同决定了WTO成员对申诉对象的选择;策略性因素和规范性力量影响着WTO成员对争端解决手段的选择;出口市场的重要性、经济实力和经济自由化程度的对比关系决定了WTO成员具体选择哪一个法庭来解决与贸易伙伴间的摩擦。
