非公有制企业党建工作刍议——以湖北省荆门市为例

Brief Disscusion on the Party Construction in Non-public Enterprises——Taking Jingmen in Hubei Province as an Example

湖北省荆门市的非公有制企业党建工作已初见成效,但还存在着企业党组织覆盖面不广、领导体制不明确、发展水平不平衡等制约因素。因此,在非公有制企业党建工作实践中,建议规范其领导管理体制,合理确定党建工作内容及形式,同时充分发挥党组织在企业生产中的作用,以争取企业主对党建工作的支持。

Although the non-public economy in Jingmen, Hubei province has been developing rapidly, there are also many problems such as the number of the party organization is not very large,the leading stystem is indefinited, the development is not balanced and there are many other restricting factors. So during the project of the non-public enterprises party construction, it＇s necessary to standardize the leading administrative stysem,define the content and form of party construction in the non-public enterprises,promote the effort of the party organization in the enterprises, which also can help to get the support from the undertakers.
