摘要
根据牛鞭效应在供应链中所发生的位置,对其产生的根源进行了分类,并针对每种根源讨论了相应的可行对策。当订货与需求之间出现差异时就会发生牛鞭效应,它是供应链各成员采取不同策略的结果,如积累订货量和预测等。供应链各成员可以根据各自需要,通过采取一种或几种办法,来避免或缩小这种差异,从而抑制牛鞭效应的产生。
Based on the position where the bullwhip effect occurs, this paper classifies the source of bullwhip effect (BE) ,and discusses the feasible counter measures from different sources. A BE occurs when there is a gap between order and demand. This effect results from different measures taken by chain members, such as accumulating orders and using forecasts. It can be claimed that BE can be suppressed by avoiding or reducing the gap mentioned above by utilizing one or, if possible, several of these methods according to the organizational needs.
