摘要
针对水泥生产中微机自动配料控制的信号传输问题,提出一种基于无线数字传输网络的水泥配料控制系统。该系统采用无线数字传技术将现场采集到的数据传输至主控室的PC上位机,采用ke il C语言在W indows 2000操作系统下编程,实现了在远离生产现场的控制室即可对配料的温度、湿度、流量等进行监控,系统界面友好,操作简单,结果显示直观。在某水泥厂进行了模拟试运行,该系统运行稳定、可靠,有效地提高了生产效率和产品质量。
To the problems of the signal transmission of the microcomputer blending control system,a control system of cement batch based on wireless digital transmission network is introduced in this paper.Wireless digital transmission is used to send the data collected from locale to PC in the master control center.Keil C programming tools are used in Windows 2000 operating system.The man-machine interface is good,the operation is simple,and the results can be directly observed on the display.It had been tested in a cement factory.The result indicates that the system is stable and reliable.It effectively enhances production efficiency and product quality.
